2. WHAT PERSONAL DATA DO WE PROCESS?
We only process personal data so that we can offer and provide you with our services, individual and bundled services and customer support, to comply with our legal obligations and to protect our legitimate interests. We collect personal data about our customers, including potential clients who are interested in our services or who have given us their consent, so that we can contact them with an offer of our services.
We process in particular the following categories of personal data:
a) Basic identification data
Basic identification personal data is part of every contract you conclude with Advantage Advisory s.r.o.. They usually include title, first name, last name, date of birth, residential address (street and number, municipality, postal code, country of residence), travel document number, date of issue and validity, issuing country code, citizenship, gender, signature. This mainly concerns information on any health restrictions related to the use of the services provided, e.g. health disability, pregnancy, etc.

This includes bank details, details of advance payments and additional payments for purchased services.

If the customer gives prior express consent, Advantage Advisory s.r.o. is entitled to take photos and videos of his stay and use of the services and subsequently use them for marketing purposes within promotional materials. The same applies if the customer provides Advantage Advisory s.r.o. with his own photos and videos.
i) Information about your website behavior
When you visit our website, we store and then read small files called cookies on your device. A cookie is a small set of letters and numbers that we store in your internet browser or your computer's hard drive. Some cookies allow us to link your activities while browsing our website from the time you open your web browser until you close it. Providing your personal data for this purpose is completely voluntary, but it is necessary to take measures before concluding the contract based on your request/demand, to conclude the relevant contract and fulfill it. In the event that the required personal data for this purpose is not provided, Advantage Advisory s.r.o. cannot communicate with you. act and take necessary measures before concluding a contract or conclude a contract and ensure the fulfillment of the rights and obligations arising from it.
b) Processing of personal data for the purpose of fulfilling a legal obligation
After the termination of your contract, Advantage Advisory s.r.o. stores and processes your personal data specified in the contract for the purpose of fulfilling its legal obligations, to the extent, under the conditions and for the purposes set out in applicable generally binding legal regulations. These include in particular tax regulations, accounting and archiving regulations, regulations governing limitation periods, etc.
c) Processing of personal data for the purposes of the legitimate interests of the controller
After the termination of your contract, Advantage Advisory s.r.o. is entitled to process your personal data to the extent necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests of the controller. The legitimate interest of Advantage Advisory s.r.o. as the controller is: to inform you and offer you the services and products of the travel agency Advantage Advisory s.r.o., i.e. to process your personal data for the purposes of direct marketing, namely to the extent of title, first name and surname, residence, contact address, e-mail and telephone number; to process personal data for the purposes of preventing and detecting crimes, i.e. to process your personal data to the extent specified in the contract, including contact and billing information; to defend legal claims, i.e. to process your personal data to the extent specified in the contract, including contact and billing information.
Cookies for measuring website traffic and customizing the display of websites are processed based on the company's legitimate interest. Other cookies (e.g. for advertising targeting) are processed based on your consent / internet browser settings. The website can also be used in a mode that does not allow the collection of data on the behavior of website visitors.
To obtain information from you about the evaluation of the services you use, to determine your satisfaction with our services, i.e. to process your personal data for the purposes of developing and improving the quality of the services provided and creating an independent review of the services provided by us for individual trips (stays) on our website. For this purpose, we process your data in the scope of title, first and last name and contact details.
3.2. PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA WITH YOUR EXPRESS CONSENT
a) Processing of personal data for marketing purposes Advantage Advisory s.r.o.,
if you were not a customer of Advantage Advisory s.r.o., but you are interested in being informed about our services and if you give your explicit consent, processes your personal data for marketing purposes. Activities falling under this purpose include in particular the offering of products and services provided by Advantage Advisory s.r.o., the dissemination of commercial communications within the meaning of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on certain information society services, as amended, in particular in the form of e-mail messages. For this purpose, Advantage Advisory s.r.o. processes your personal identification data in the scope of title, first name, last name, place of residence, contact details according to paragraph 2.
Advantage Advisory s.r.o., if the customer gives prior express consent to take photographs and video recordings during the stay on the trip and use of the services, or if he provides such photographs and recordings to Advantage Advisory s.r.o., processes these photographs and recordings for the purpose of marketing within promotional materials, both in catalogs or other offers of services provided by Advantage Advisory s.r.o. in tangible form, and on the websites of Advantage Advisory s.r.o. and Facebook.
The consent provided to the processing of your personal data, as well as the consent to the taking and use of photos and videos from the use of services for marketing purposes according to this provision, is completely voluntary. Without your consent to the processing of your personal data, you will not be sent offers and products of services provided by Advantage Advisory s.r.o., commercial communications will not be distributed, and we will not take and use your photos and videos during the use of services as part of promotional materials, both in material form and on websites and Facebook.
You can withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data, to the taking and use of your photos and videos for marketing purposes according to this provision at any time using the contacts listed in paragraph 6 HOW CAN I WITHDRAW CONSENT TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA of this document.
3.4. COOKIES FOR MARKETING PURPOSES

Your personal data provided and processed to the extent of implementing measures prior to concluding the relevant contract We process and store the personal data provided by you for the period strictly necessary to implement such measures prior to concluding the contract. If the contract is not concluded, the personal data provided by you will be stored and processed only for the period strictly necessary to fulfill the legal obligations and legitimate interests of Advantage Advisory s.r.o.
We process and store your personal data provided and processed for the duration of the contract concluded with you, so that we can provide or arrange services to you in accordance with such contract. After the termination of the contractual relationship and the settlement of all obligations arising from or related to the concluded contract, we store your personal data to the extent of implementing and fulfilling the contract for the period strictly necessary to ensure the fulfillment of the legal obligations and legitimate interests of Advantage Advisory s.r.o. for the necessary period. The retention period of your personal data is determined in particular by the Civil Code regulating limitation periods, as well as by tax regulations, accounting regulations, archiving regulations, etc.
b) Processing of personal data with your explicit consent in accordance with the provisions of point 3.2.
If you have given us consent to process your personal data for marketing purposes only, we process your personal data for a period of 5 years from the date of granting your consent until the date of withdrawal of your consent to their processing or filing an objection.

Directly from you, the customer, i.e. the subject of personal data, when negotiating a contract to carry out measures before concluding the contract, when concluding the contract and during the duration and performance of the contract;

11. INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR RIGHTS IN CONNECTION WITH THE PROCESSING OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
The proper processing of your personal data is important to us and its protection is a matter of course. You can exercise the following rights when processing your personal data:

The information includes, in particular, the identity and contact details of the controller, his representative and, if applicable, the personal data protection officer, the purposes of processing, the categories of personal data concerned, the recipient or categories of recipients of personal data, information on the transfer of personal data to third countries, the period of retention of personal data, the authorized controllers, a list of your rights, the possibility of contacting the Office for Personal Data Protection, the source of the processed personal data, information on whether and how automated decision-making and profiling take place.
RIGHT TO ACCESS PERSONAL DATA
You have the right to confirmation as to whether or not your personal data are being processed and, if so, you have the right to be provided with information containing:
(i) the purpose of the processing
(ii) the categories of personal data concerned that are being processed
(iii) the planned period for which the personal data will be stored, or if it cannot be determined, the criteria used to determine this period
(iv) the existence of the right to request from the controller the correction or erasure of your personal data or the restriction of their processing and to object to such processing;
(v) the right to file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection

RIGHT TO REPAIR

You have the right to have Advantage Advisory s.r.o. restrict the processing of your personal data if
(i) you dispute the accuracy of your personal data, for the period necessary for the controller to verify the accuracy of your personal data;
(ii) the processing of your personal data was unlawful, but you do not request the deletion of your personal data, but rather the restriction of their use;
(iii) Advantage Advisory s.r.o. no longer needs your personal data for the purposes of the processing, but you require them for the determination, exercise or defense of your claims;
(iv) you have objected to the processing of your personal data, until it is verified whether the legitimate reasons of Advantage Advisory s.r.o. outweigh the legitimate reasons of the customer.
RIGHT TO DATA PORTABILITY
You have the right to receive your personal data, which Advantage Advisory s.r.o. processes, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and to transmit it to another controller, if (i) the processing of your personal data is based on your consent to the processing of your personal data. If you wish us to provide your personal data to another controller, another company, we will transmit your personal data in an appropriate format, unless there are any legal, technical or other significant obstacles preventing us from doing so, to the entity designated by you.
RIGHT TO OBJECT

12. WHERE YOU CAN EXERCISE YOUR RIGHTS CONCERNING THE PROCESSING AND PROTECTION OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
You can exercise your rights regarding the processing of your personal data with the administrator, i.e. with the company Advantage Advisory s.r.o. in writing at the company's registered office at Rybná 716/24, Prague 1 - Staré Město, 110 00 Prague 1 or by e-mail at [email protected] .
We will provide all communications, statements and requests regarding your exercised rights free of charge. However, if your request is clearly unfounded or unreasonable, in particular because it is repeated without providing new documented facts that may affect the administrator's statement regarding your original communication, we reserve the right to charge a reasonable fee for administrative costs.
We will provide you with statements and information regarding the processing of your personal data or other requests regarding the processing of your personal data as soon as possible, but no later than one month from the delivery of your request.
